Kindergarten!

Today is Mylie's first day of Kindergarten. She looked awfully cute. She is in the afternoon class and we spent the morning making headbands and painting toenails and fingernails.

She got a bit nervous once we got to school, but I think she is going to do great! Her teacher seems very nice and fun. She had the kids all find a place on the rug to read a story. It did not surprise me one little bit that Mylie sat as close to the teacher as she possibly could. She read "The Kissing Hand." Note to self - bring tissues!

I'm excited for her and know that she is going to love school and do well! I can't wait to pick her up and hear all about her day!
