Lazy Friday.
- I was making lunch for Mylie and I are noticed that we were running low on cheese. I mentioned to her that maybe after Blake's nap we would go to Costco (normally one of her favorite stores to go to) and pick up some more cheese. She responded with, "But Mom, its no pants Friday! Let's just stay home today." {No need to fear, she was not referring to me here. When Mylie was a baby, sometimes on Fridays I would just leave her in a onesie and I would call it "no pants Friday." The trend has continued with Blakey.}
- I had a Law and Order re-run on earlier. Mylie asked what I was watching and I told her. Then I kept hearing her repeat "Mom Order, Mom Order" then "which ones are the moms?"
- Strangely, I have found a surefire way to get Blake giggling uncontrollably! If he is looking at me and I take off my glasses, he starts laughing so hard. He throws his head back and just laughs and laughs. A total and complete belly laugh.
- So for now, I think we'll watch "Kung Fu Panda" and giggle. Yay for lazy days!

This girl ...
She got out of the tub and Jeff told her she had to go right to bed without a song (our normal bedtime routine). We also told her that she would have to do extra chores to buy a new bottle of shampoo. While Jeff cleaned up the mess, I helped her get her jammies on and did her hair and then went in her room while she said her prayers. She said the "regular" part of her prayer ("bless President Monson, things to be good at Daddy's work, John and both the Grandmas to feel better and Courtney's baby"), she then said in a sniffly voice, "Help me to be gooder and not dump bubbles in the tub and to do my extra chores. Amen."
How do I even keep a straight face around her? How can she take me to the edge of frustration in one second and then just want to hug her and never let go in the next? Life is never boring with this girl!

High on Peeps
- First, he started crawling around in a circle, squealing at the top of his lungs, like a dog chasing its tail. Then he'd collapse on the floor and laugh.
- Then, he started walking backwards, with near perfect "moonwalk" form.
- Next, he went in the kitchen, got a big tupperware bowl and put it on his head like a hat and laughed his head off while marching through the house.
- Finally, his sugar high gave him just the extra boost he needed to get his chubby little legs up on the ottoman. However, that was all he could do, his body laying flat on it, gripping onto the other side for dear life, and laughing in a maniacal way.
I swear, he only had 2, and I just found half of one of them stuck to the kitchen floor. What a goofball!
